Moderators are the front line of safety in NitroChat’s kids chat rooms and teen chat rooms.
Responsibilities:
Monitor chat rooms for rule violations or inappropriate behavior
Enforce NitroChat chat rules and safety guidelines
Assist users with basic questions or concerns
Report serious issues to Admins or Super Admins
Requirements:
Must be at least 13 years old
Strong judgment and communication skills
Basic understanding of online safety
Reliable, respectful, and responsible behavior
Admin ⚡
Admins support moderators and help manage daily chat room operations.
Responsibilities:
Supervise moderators and review reports
Handle disputes and escalated user issues
Enforce rules consistently across chat rooms
Work with Super Admins to improve safety systems
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Moderator (or equivalent)
Good decision-making and problem-solving skills
Professional and calm communication style
