Date and time of the incident
The relevant chat room (for example: kids chat or teen chat)
Any relevant parental control or monitoring details
Providing complete and accurate information helps reduce response time.
Response Times
Requests are handled in the order received. Depending on the nature of the request, a response may take 1 day up to 1 week.
Reporting for Non-Law Enforcement Users
